How AMT helped Reading.com build a scalable parent-led creator engine
Within nine months, AMT transformed Reading.com's influencer gifting into a high-performing, data-driven creator engine. Manual processes were automated to generate content, insights, and measurable results.
Reading.com helps families teach kids to read with confidence. The team faced a key challenge: sourcing creative stories from real users — parents. Without a system, the lean team spent hours sourcing creators, shipping products, tracking posts, collecting assets, and managing usage rights.
AMT built a creator engine combining automation, persona targeting, and continuous performance tracking. Personas included teachers, first-time parents, homeschool families, neurodivergent-affirming educators, bilingual households, and "day-in-the-life" parenting creators.
Head of Growth Sylvain Gauchet: "Based on an initial creator sample review, AMT has been consistently able to get relevant creators to post authentic-looking content and reviews about Reading.com"
Creators received structured briefs to test multiple formats: progress videos, emotional storytelling, educator tips, and app walkthroughs.
Sylvain Gauchet: "The videos shared by creators not only felt authentic, they also allowed us to find new high-performing hooks and copy."
Sylvain Gauchet: "Working with AMT has been a high-impact low-effort initiative. It's a no-brainer."
